Payment

  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    • No, you can check out as a guest, an account is only applicable for when requesting credit.
  • What payment method do you accept?

    • We accept all major debit and credit cards, and an option to pay on account for large orders.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    • Yes, 1 box = 25 pieces.  

Your Order

  • How can I track my order?

    • Email confirmation will be sent once an order has been dispatched this will include delivery/tracking details.
  • How much does delivery cost?

    • Courier costs will be confirmed at time of placing the order or requesting a quotation.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    • 15 working days for production, 1-3 working days for courier.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    • If goods are damaged when they arrive we will replace them free of charge, however, we must be notified within 48hours.  New production lead times apply.
